Finally, the search begins to find your future home working closely with me (your real estate sales representative). I will do the leg work of our team effort in finding & sending you listings to consider in part by a customized-to-you MLS search program, setting up all the appointments, researching properties of interest, and keeping you up to date on the market
The Offer - We will review & write an Agreement of Purchase and Sale contract (known as the offer) for the property. We will discuss: clauses and property specific clauses such different type of inspections, power of sale, status certificates, tarion warranty, septic etc; market value of the property; and negotiation strategies.
The Acceptance and conditions -I help you through the process of contacting and engaging the applicable professionals, making appointments, reviewing results, discussing the various options you have to proceed, and completing the necessary documents.
Moving, moving day/close will come before you know it. I review the various utilities that you will need to engage, final walkthrough(s), various scheduling required and helpful hints to make your moving day as "glitch" free as possible. There are more details that go on behind the scenes but this will get you started ....
